What is the difference between renting and subscribing?
The system is identical — same portal, same features. The only difference is the term and billing. A subscription is an ongoing annual plan; a rental is billed only for the days, weeks or months you need it, which is ideal for events and temporary setups.
What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent from as little as one day. Most events take Event (1–3 days) or Weekly rental, while pop-ups and seasonal counters usually choose Monthly. Tell us your dates and we will recommend the most cost-effective term.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. The system is cloud-based, so there is no server or kiosk to purchase. For Cloud QMS you only need a TV or monitor to show the display (most venues already have one), and your staff use any laptop, tablet or phone. For WhatsApp QMS, customers use their own phones.
How fast can the rental be set up?
Typically within 24 hours of confirming your dates and requirements. We configure your queue types, counters and QR code, then hand it over ready to use.
Can a rental be converted into a subscription later?
Yes. If you decide to keep the system after your event, we can move you onto a monthly or annual subscription on the same portal — your setup, queue types and data carry over, and rental fees can be credited toward it.
Do you provide on-site or standby support?
Online support is included throughout every rental. On-site standby support for an event can be arranged on request — let us know your venue and dates for a quote.
Which is better for my event — Cloud QMS or WhatsApp QMS?
If your visitors wait inside the room and can watch a TV display, Cloud QMS is enough and the most economical. If your venue is large and visitors need to walk around and get called back to their phone, choose WhatsApp QMS.
