Yes — it is part of your web portal. Both Cloud QMS and WhatsApp QMS feed the same customer database, analytics, and follow-up tools, with no separate system to maintain.
Do customers have to fill in a form?
No. Contacts are captured automatically when a customer takes a queue number by WhatsApp or browser. There is nothing extra for them — or your staff — to fill in.
Does it work with both WhatsApp QMS and Cloud QMS?
Yes. Both products capture customers and feed the same CRM and analytics dashboard.
Can I export my customer list?
Yes — the customer directory exports to CSV for your own campaigns or reporting.
Does it respect customers who opt out of messages?
