Every guest who registers gets their own QR code emailed to them. The email address is the verification: the pass only reaches somebody who owns a real, working address, which means every person at your door traces back to a registration you can look up.
Asking guests to create an account kills registrations. Sending the pass to an address they must be able to open achieves the same thing, without the friction.
The QR only becomes usable once it has landed in a mailbox somebody can actually open.
Every scan at the door ties to a registration with a name, an email and a contact number.
No account, no password, no app. They open the email at the door and hold up the code.
Somebody will always arrive having deleted the email. Open their record on the participant list and their attendance QR is there, with the option to copy the link or send a reminder — sorted at the desk in a few seconds.
Put a line in your invitation asking people to look in their junk folder if the pass hasn't arrived — it saves queries on the day.
An emailed QR can be passed on. Because it ties back to a named registration you can see who it was issued to — pair it with a staffed door if entry needs to be strict.
We'll configure the confirmation email for your event so guests get something that looks like it came from you.
