Extra devices for an existing system
Another counter, another screen, another entrance — add to what you have rather than replacing it. All come with a 3-month warranty, extendable.
Queue Caller
Compact tabletop device for counter staff to call and manage queue numbers easily.
QTP-150 Ticket Printer
Touchscreen all-in-one design. Works as a number or ticket printer, with programmable buttons.
Additional QD-100 Display
For displaying the queue number on an additional TV screen.
Mini PC Queue Server
POS Market mini PC with Intel Core i5, for hosting the queue server.
Installation, cabling and training
We do the physical work and show your staff how to run it. Quoted separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Three months as standard, a year if you want it
Full package hardware warranty extension
Extends the hardware warranty on the covered devices in your package from three months to a full year — one fee for the lot, rather than item by item.
- Covers QD-100, QTP-150, P1500 and the 80mm printer
- One flat fee for everything in a full QMS package
- Individual add-on items extendable at RM 200 each
- Warranty extension applies only to QD-100, QTP-150, P1500 and the 80mm printer.
- Power adapters and cables are not covered under the warranty extension.
- Full QMS package clients may extend all included hardware for a single RM 500 fee.
- Individual add-on items can be extended separately at RM 200 per item.
